Shipping Policy — STND Collective (UK Only)
Delivery Areas
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
All orders are dispatched from our UK base and delivered via Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD, depending on the service chosen at checkout.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days (depending on the shipping option chosen) — Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. This may differ if your item is a pre-order. Check individual products for this information.
During busy periods, new collection launches, or sales, dispatch times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s journey.
If you haven’t received your tracking information within 3 working days, please contact us at info@stndcollective.co.uk.
Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout — we can’t be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address.
If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a missed delivery, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery (additional postage fees may apply).
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please reach out to us. We’ll work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
STND Collective cannot be held liable for delays caused by couriers, strikes, or events outside our control — but we’ll always do our best to help.
Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
If an item is marked as pre-order or made-to-order, please allow additional time for production before dispatch. Estimated shipping windows will always be noted in the product description.
Sustainability Note
We aim to minimise waste wherever possible — this includes using eco-friendly packaging and consolidating orders into a single shipment when appropriate.
